1. Where can I use the voucher ?
1A. You can use the voucher from the selection of over 600 properties on this site.
2. How do I redeem my voucher ?
2A. You can ONLY redeem the voucher by contacting IN1 Solutions Call Centre, in advance, to make your booking. If you make a booking directly with the hotel you will not be able to offset the voucher later. So call 079 702 2443 (SA) +27 79 702 2443 (International) to make your booking, with the property of your choice, using the voucher. All bookings subject to availability.
3. What happens if I don’t use the full value of the voucher ?
3A. The remaining balance is retained on your voucher for future stays in the property of your choice, subject to availability.
4. What happens if the booking value is greater than my voucher value ?
4A. We will offset the total value of the voucher with the property for your booking and any balance due is payable at the property.
5. If my booking value is less than the voucher value, what happens ?
5A. The In1 Call Centre can process the remaining balance in the form of a credit which you can present at the property and redeem for services.
6. I’ve made a booking using my voucher but I need to cancel it now.
6A. You have 2 options if you wish to cancel the booking. Option 1: Defer your stay and the voucher value will remain as a credit for you, for a future booking in the property. Please phone the In1 Call Centre to make your booking. Option 2: Should you wish to choose a different property, then a 10% administration fee will apply which will be deducted from the voucher value. Again phone the In1 Call Centre to make your booking.
7. How long is the voucher valid for ?
7A. Voucherin1 is valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
